We cover return postage for confirmed product faults, transit damage, incorrect goods or our error. Customers pay other return postage unless law requires otherwise. For change-of-mind refunds, standard original delivery charges are refunded; any express or premium supplement is not. Free-shipping orders have no retroactive outgoing postage deduction.

For voluntary returns under our additional 30-day promise, a single 10% fee based on the price paid for the returned product applies if original packaging, accessories or other included items are missing, only where permitted by law. No automatic 10% fee applies to statutory cancellations or faulty-goods rights; statutory cancellation deductions are limited to legally permitted actual diminished value.
