Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Fees
- Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If the return is due to a confirmed product defect or an error on our part, GuuTools will cover all return shipping expenses and provide a pre-paid label.
