During peak sales periods, holidays, severe weather, or unexpected logistics disruptions, processing may take longer. If your order faces a material delay, our customer care team will contact you immediately via email.


2. Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes

  • Free Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Paid Premium Shipping: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates. Customs inspections, carrier delays, address discrepancies, and local transit conditions may occasionally affect the final delivery date.


3. Shipping Origins & Eligible Regions

To ensure the fastest delivery, orders are shipped from our available fulfillment centers based on real-time stock levels and your destination. We currently ship directly from local warehouses within the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Important Restriction: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.


4. Address Changes & Order Tracking

  • Before Dispatch: Address corrections are completely free if requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has left our warehouse.
  • After Dispatch: Once your parcel is in transit, we cannot guarantee address modifications, though our team will assist you with the carrier where possible.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Where checkout or the product page explicitly states that taxes are included, the applicable taxes collected by us are fully covered in your order total.

For regions where import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are not collected at checkout, these charges remain the sole responsibility of the recipient according to local regulations. If a parcel is abandoned or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any carrier fees or return expenses incurred may be deducted from your final refund where permitted by law.
