GuuTools™ Shipping Policy

This policy explains how GuuTools processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through guutools.com.

1. Order Processing Time and Daily Cutoff

The daily order cutoff time is 12:00 midnight, London time, using GMT or BST as applicable.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed at or after the daily cutoff will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during peak sales periods, holidays, severe weather, or unexpected logistics disruptions. If an order faces a material delay, we will contact you by email.

2. Delivery Options and Estimated Timeframes

Free Express Shipping: Approximately 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. This option is available free of charge to all 63 countries and regions listed in Section 3.

Paid Premium Shipping: Approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, where offered at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Customs inspections, carrier delays, address discrepancies, severe weather, and local transit conditions may affect the final delivery date.

3. Free Shipping and Available Destinations

GuuTools provides free shipping to all 63 countries and regions currently available at checkout. The currently supported destinations are:

Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City, and Vietnam.

All 63 destinations listed above qualify for free shipping and tax inclusive delivery as described in Section 5. The destinations we serve may change as our business operations evolve. The current list displayed at checkout will take priority.

If a destination, city, or postal code is not available at checkout, contact cs@guutools.com before placing the order. We will confirm whether shipping can be opened for that location and whether GuuTools can cover the applicable product import charges for the order.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

4. Address Changes and Order Tracking

Before Dispatch: Address corrections are free when requested before the order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

After Dispatch: Once a parcel is in transit, address changes cannot be guaranteed, although we will assist with the carrier where possible.

Tracking: After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices shown on GuuTools are tax included. For orders shipped to the 63 countries and regions listed in Section 3, all applicable product import duties and product import taxes are included in the total shown at checkout.

The amount shown at checkout is the complete amount the customer must pay. Customers will not be required to pay any additional product import duties or product import taxes when the order is delivered.

If a destination, city, or postal code is not available at checkout, contact cs@guutools.com before placing the order. We will confirm availability and whether GuuTools can cover the applicable product import charges for that order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Contact cs@guutools.com immediately with your order number and clear photographic or video evidence.

We will review the issue within 24 hours and arrange the appropriate replacement part, complete replacement unit, or refund solution.

Any return, replacement, or refund will be handled in accordance with the GuuTools Return & Refund Policy.

7. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We can ship to one address per order. Place a separate order for each additional delivery address.
