This website is operated by Wrenford Tech ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “GuuTools,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wrenford Tech ltd. By accessing guutools.com, placing an order, or using a service provided through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on the site.

1. Online Store Terms and Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given consent for a minor dependent to use the site. You may not use the website, products, or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information, Pricing, and Accuracy

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photographic lighting, packaging updates, or product improvements.

We may update products, prices, promotions, and availability without prior notice. If an error affects an order, we may correct it, offer an alternative, or cancel and fully refund the affected order.

3. Order Acceptance and Billing

An order confirmation records your request and does not constitute final acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, failed payment authorization, stock errors, pricing errors, unauthorized resale, or delivery restrictions.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the eligible refund will be sent to the original payment method.

4. Shipping, Duties, and Delivery

Shipping options, estimated transit times, tracking procedures, and available destinations are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery windows are estimates unless checkout explicitly identifies a guaranteed service.

For orders shipped to the 63 countries and regions listed in the Shipping Policy, free shipping and all applicable product import duties and product import taxes are included in the total shown at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay any additional product import duties or product import taxes when the order is delivered.

If a destination, city, or postal code is not available at checkout, contact cs@guutools.com before placing the order. We will confirm availability and whether GuuTools can cover the applicable product import charges for that order.

5. Returns, Refunds, and 180 Day Limited Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible products purchased directly from guutools.com are covered by a 180 day limited warranty from the date of delivery for verified manufacturing defects and performance failures occurring under normal household use.

Each warranty claim will be reviewed individually. Evidence of the issue and the original order may be required to verify the claim.

After a warranty claim has been reviewed, verified, and approved, we will provide a brand new replacement part or a complete replacement unit, depending on the nature of the issue and what is reasonably required.

For an approved claim involving a verified product quality issue, GuuTools will cover the authorized return shipping cost where a return is required, together with the shipping cost of the approved replacement part or replacement unit.

In certain cases involving a verified defect or a minor component, our support team may determine that physically returning the affected item is unnecessary. If a physical return is required, our team will provide the authorized return address and the applicable prepaid shipping instructions.

Damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or loss caused by the customer after delivery is not covered by the limited warranty. These cases will be reviewed individually. If GuuTools agrees to provide a return, replacement, or reshipment option outside the limited warranty, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping and reshipment costs.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, regional limitations, or other conditions stated with the offer. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively unless customer support confirms otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, product names, branding, layouts, and imagery on this website are owned by or licensed to Wrenford Tech ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit site content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, infringe the rights of others, submit fraudulent information, upload harmful code, collect data for unauthorized commercial use, or interfere with the security of the store.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrenford Tech ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
