We reserve the right to update products, prices, promotions, and availability at any time without prior notice. If a typographical or pricing error affects your order, we reserve the right to correct the error, offer an alternative, or cancel and fully refund the affected order.
3. Order Acceptance & Billing Safety
Receiving an order confirmation email indicates that your request has been logged in our system; it does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, stock inaccuracies, pricing errors, unauthorized resale activity, or delivery restrictions.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.
4. Shipping, Duties & Delivery
All shipping choices, estimated transit times, tracking procedures, and customs/duties liabilities are clearly outlined in our dedicated Shipping Policy. Unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed guarantee during checkout, all delivery windows provided are estimates and do not constitute contractually binding deadlines.
5. Returns, Refunds & 180-Day Limited Warranty
All cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. GuuTools proudly stands behind our engineering by providing a 180-day limited warranty for eligible products purchased directly from guutools.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance failures under normal household use. Nothing within these Terms limits, removes, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
All promotional campaigns and discount codes are subject to specific terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or regional limitations as stated during launch. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders unless explicitly authorized by our customer support team.
7. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
All content hosted on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, proprietary branding, unique layout designs, and imagery—is the exclusive property of or licensed to GuuTools.
